4. Quotes, Prices, and Payments
Prices shown on the website, if any, are general starting prices and may change depending on the project size, features, complexity, number of pages, integrations, support level, and client requirements.
A project may require a deposit before work begins. Final files, deployment, transfer of ownership, or full access may depend on payment being completed.
If payment is late, SpideWeb may pause work, delay delivery, suspend support, or restrict access to services until payment is received.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, images, logos, branding material, access credentials, feedback, and approvals on time.
Delays caused by missing content, late feedback, unclear requirements, or third-party services are not the responsibility of SpideWeb.
The client confirms that any content provided to SpideWeb does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal rights.
6. Project Changes and Revisions
Reasonable revisions may be included if agreed in the project scope. Extra changes, new features, major redesigns, additional pages, or work outside the agreed scope may require extra payment.
SpideWeb may refuse changes that are illegal, harmful, technically unsafe, unethical, or outside the original agreement.
7. Ownership and Intellectual Property
Unless agreed otherwise in writing:
- SpideWeb owns its internal processes, reusable code, design systems, frameworks, templates, methods, and know-how.
- The client owns the final custom content they provided and the final project deliverables after full payment.
- SpideWeb may reuse general ideas, code patterns, structures, and technical methods that are not confidential or exclusive to one client.
- SpideWeb may display completed work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Logos, brand names, images, fonts, plugins, software, and third-party tools may be subject to separate licences.
8. Website Maintenance and Support
Support and maintenance are only included if clearly stated in the agreement or plan.
Support may include updates, small fixes, backups, security checks, content changes, hosting help, or technical assistance depending on the selected plan.
SpideWeb is not responsible for problems caused by third-party hosting providers, domain providers, email providers, plugins, platforms, APIs, payment providers, or changes made by the client or another developer.

Our websites and services may connect to third-party platforms such as hosting providers, analytics tools, email providers, payment systems, social media platforms, CRM tools, maps, fonts, APIs, or other integrations.
SpideWeb is not responsible for the availability, pricing, policies, data handling, errors, or security of third-party services.
10. No Guaranteed Results
SpideWeb aims to create professional, high-quality digital products. However, we do not guarantee specific business results, traffic, sales, search engine rankings, leads, revenue, or growth.
The success of a website also depends on the client’s offer, market, pricing, branding, content, advertising, sales process, and customer service.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, SpideWeb is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, business interruption, reputational damage, or problems caused by third-party services.
Our total liability for any claim related to a service will not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific service, unless the law requires otherwise.
12. Website Content
We try to keep the information on our website accurate and updated, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free.
We may update, remove, or change website content at any time.
13. Termination
SpideWeb may stop providing services if a client breaks these Terms, does not pay, behaves abusively, requests illegal work, creates security risks, or violates an agreement.
The client may also end a project, but payments already made may not be refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, unless another written agreement states otherwise.
